ROB KISTENBERG, CP

President

Prosthetic Hope International is in many was a convergence of Rob's lifelong passions: to build stuff, to travel, to help people and to care for our earth (not necessarily in that order). Since becoming an ABC certified prosthetist in 1992, Rob has demonstrated an enduring dedication to the service of people with amputations globally.  Rob obtained a Master of Public Health degree with a focus in Program Evaluation and International Health from the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston, Tx in 2005.  From 2000 to 2010 he served as the chair of the U.S. National Member Society of the International Society of Prosthetics and Orthotics. Rob has lectured in the U.S. and internationally and hosted dozens of mission trips to Belize and other countires.

Marsha first worked with Belize Assembly for Persons with Diverse Abilites (BAPDA) which partenered with Prosthetic Hope International on team trips.  She came to Prosthetic Hope International full time in November of 2015.

Javier Tillett
Prosthetic Hope International - Belize  Technician

Javier met Rob in 1998 and has been assisting missions in various ways since. From opening his home for patients to donating parts and equipment, Javier has given to the foundation as if it were family.  He is currently learning technical skills to become a prosthetic technician.
